Self-care



  1. Wake up early
  2. Exercise.
  3. Meditate
  4. Write things down.
  5. Study.
  6. Pamper yourself.
  7. Take a long relaxing bath.
  8. Wear your favorite perfume.
  9. Put on some music and dance or sing away.
  10. Make your favorite meal.
  11. Do something new, something you love.
  12. Watch a comedy show.
  13. Oraganize your things.
  14. Take a nap.
  15. Spend some time in the sun.
  16. Cozy up in a blanket.
  17. Pray.
  18. Practice yoga.
  19. Drink at least 8 ounces of fluids a day.
  20. Go to bed early.
  21. Stretch.
  22. Create loving affirmations for yourself.
  23. Set some goals.
  24. Say what you feel.
  25. Accept yourself.
